Parent Coaches/Assistant Coaches Needed 

With the ever-increasing interest in soccer, we are anticipating a busy outdoor season ahead. Which is why we need You!
We are looking for Assistant Parent Coaches for all age groups.
We are looking for two parent assistant coaches per team to help with the U7, U9, U11 and U13 age groups. Some Soccer Experience is preferred for these age groups but you will be supported by a Head Coach.

• Follow the provided session plan for each practice.
• Arrive 10 minutes before practice starts to set up the field.
• Ensure all equipment is ready for the appropriate drills.
• Treat all players equally and with respect.
• Help each player learn new skills and understand the exercises.
• Create a positive and encouraging environment for all players.
• Provide constructive feedback to aid player development.
• Communicate effectively with players and parents as needed.
